Getting Started with Savvy Realty & Loans
Please note that the following services are provided to Savvy agents without a fee. Savvy charges no fee for our agents to join. There is no monthly fee, no yearly fee, no desk fee, no yearly E&O fee, no training fee, and no set up fee. Savvy agents also enjoy special aloha treatment of no pressure and no quota. Once you earn your split, you keep the split for as long as you stay with Savvy.
Login Ids to The Internal Website and Lender’s Office
Once you join Savvy, you will receive a welcoming email informing you about your Userids and Passwords for accessing our internal website and web-based loan origination system.
Sign Up e-Fax
E-fax is a must-have tool in the mortgage and real estate businesses. If you do not yet have an efax number, please visit http://efax.com to sign up for an account.
Set Up E-Mail Account
Savvy will set up a free email account for you. Any email sent to your Savvy email address will be automatically forwarded to your private email account. If you are a Microsoft Outlook user and would like to send email from your Savvy email account, please contact our office.
Paperless Transactions
All Savvy transactions – real estate or mortgage are paperless. You will learn more about this feature when you are ready to close a transaction.
Automatic Ratesheet Forwarding
If you are licensed with Savvy as a loan officer, you may elect to have mortgage ratesheets forwarded to your email address directly from mortgage lenders every day. Please do not unsubscribe to any of the ratesheets forwarded to you. If you do not want to continue receiving the electronic ratesheet, please contact the office.
Join Realtor Board
As a matter of company policy, you must join one of the local Realtor boards to become a Realtor to do real estate transactions under Savvy.
Currently you can join one of the four Realtor boards of which Savvy is a member depending on where you are geographically located:
Orange County AOR (LA Area)
West San Gabriel Valley AOR (LA Area)
Bay East AOR (SF Bay Area)
Honolulu Board of Realtors
In Hawaii, Savvy is a member of Honolulu Board of Realtors. If you are licensed in Hawaii as a real estate salesperson, you MUST join the board. It is required by HBR, no exception.
Make Business Card
Please email your digital portrait to info@savvygroup.com, Savvy will design your business cards and you can upload it to vistaprint.com or take it to a local printer to print.
You may choose one of the following titles for your business cards – you may also choose to add “Senior” in front of “Loan Officer” if you have been in the mortgage business for five years or more.

Free Website
Savvy will provide our agent a free website hosting with your own name up to 50MB. Please provide us with your photo and a description about yourself.
Make Real Estate Yard and Open House Signs
The standard dimensions of our Yard Sign is 24 x 24 which can fit into a reverse L frame, or you can choose a 24 x 18 format to fit into an A frame. The dimensions for the Open House Sign are 24 x 18
Savvy will provide you with a customized CD with your photo and phone number for the above signs, and you can bring it to any printer who does digital printing to have signs made in a couple of days.

Savvy uses the sign services provided by One Day Sign at 2026 Hou Street, Honolulu.
Commercial signs are all custom made. If you have a need for commercial signs, just download the Savvy Logo and Savvy Font, and take them to a sign company for a custom sign design.
Register Yourself In Lender’s Office
Enter your contact information as a Loan Officer in Contact in Lender’s Office, it will save you time when you enter your first loan application.
